In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102730) dated (10/07/1444 AH) containing that the Federation received a telegram from the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority regarding the regulation of preference for local content, local small and medium enterprises and companies listed in the capital market of business and procurement, which includes an agreement with the Authority of Efficient Businesses and Procurement. Government projects agreed to determine the range of the value of high-value contracts to become contracts whosevalue is equal to the amount of twenty-five million (25,000,000) Saudi riyals. Business and procurement contractsequal to or exceeding the estimated value of the amount of twenty-five million (25,000,000) Saudi Riyals will be treated as of 01/09/1444H.
