In reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44102575) dated (26/06/1444 AH) that the Federation received the letter of the Culinary Arts Commission referring to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (398) dated 10/06/1441 AH to establish a number of bodies (including the Culinary Arts Commission) in accordance with its organizational arrangements accompanying this decision, and what is included in item (fourth), paragraph (14,11,10,4) of  the  decision "Proposing standards and standards for the culinary arts sector....." , "Licensing activities related to the field of work of the Authority", "Classification of restaurants, dishes and chefs and setting  the necessary mechanisms,  controls and requirements  for  this", "Establishing a database for the culinary arts sector".

We are pleased to inform you about the launch of the registration service for the classification of heritage restaurants on the Cultural Licensing Platform (Ebdaa) to classify them according to special and general criteria and target groups (attached).  We hope that you fill out  the questionnaire and graphic (attached) and suggest any of the relevant services / data, and you can contact Mr. Ahmed Khaled Al-Masoud on the e-mail (aalmasoud@moc.gov.sa).
