Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (44500869) dated (02/03/1444 AH), which indicates that the Federation of Saudi Chambers is within the framework of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Commerce and the Federation with the aim of improving the commercial legislative environment in the Kingdom in line with the Kingdom’s vision 2030, and achieving the aspirations of the leadership rational. Since the ministry is in the process of preparing the family charter for companies, and the ministry's desire to list the basic elements of the charter.
Therefore, we will inform you about this for information and briefing. We hope to provide us with the basic elements of the charter with samples of family charters that can be used, and then send them to the following e-mail (oghudaif@najcci.org.sa) before the end of the working day on Wednesday (03/09/1443 AH) corresponding to (05/10/2022 AD).
