Reference to the letter of the Federation of Saudi Chambers No. (43105234) dated (18/01/1444 AH), which refers to the letter of the Federation of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries No. (AG/J/223) dated (19/07/2022 AD) attached to the letter of the General Secretariat The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Concerning the Emphasis on (Recommendations of the Seventh Meeting of the Customs Union Authority with the Private Sector) proposed by the Gulf Customs Union Authority and requesting its circulation to the relevant importers, exporters and customs clearance offices and to provide the General Secretariat with any difficulties or obstacles in the implementation of these recommendations which is next :
Commitment to attach detailed invoices with shipments in general and to disclose the actual value actually paid.
The use of pallets in the trade exchange between the GCC countries.
Reducing the import of goods that do not bear an indication of origin, not importing counterfeit goods, and adhering to the unified customs system/law and the unified manual of customs procedures at the first entry points in the GCC countries.
Requesting permits in advance to import goods that are restricted by the relevant government agencies and attaching permits before the shipments arrive at the port of entry to avoid delays and to work with pre-clearance.
